Lovely hospital. Nursing staff, Porters, Reception staff, Theatre staff were all so lovely during the time I was there, they couldn't do enough to help me.

The hospital is modern, very light and airy, easy to get around, also it is wonderful to be able to park without any problems.
The room for my two night stay was very well laid out, and the food was very good.
If I have any criticism it was the nurse who attended me when I went back to have wound inspected, she seemed bored and not really interested in her job, she didn't give me any advice as to what to do.
All the other nurses and staff were very careing and I had a very good experience at the Spire Hospital Tollerton.

Prior to visit I asked for an estimate of treatment.This was not thorough did not include prices of x rays and other necessary expenses connected to surgery
I realise that it would only be an estimate until I had initial consultation however other clinics were able to give more useful ,thorough financial breakdown.
This was important to me as I am self funding and wish to make comparisons.

Great care provided by all staff, having visited a number of time during the pandemic I have felt well informed and cared for. The hospital is very organised and has patient safety at the forefront of its priority. The grounds are beautifully kept and all areas of the hospital are clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend the Spire Nottingham.

Spires Hospital was chosen by myself as I have been a patient there before my operation and is a Hospital of Quality, great staff, and aftercare.

The patient experience delivered by the spire is first class.
I met numerous staff members over four visits there and without exception, everyone was professional, polite and kindly in their manner.
All necessary information was conveyed to me comprehensively and I found myself not needing to ask questions of clarification etc.
The facilities are also first class and all the equipment I saw there appeared to be new and 'state of the art'.
Should I need medical help beyond GP level in the future, I will definitely use the services of the Spire.
A very well done for a superb faultless service.
